As we were pleased to inform you in July, we have successfully introduced our unified brand “Invitel International”. Under this brand, we are continuing to provide international telecommunication services on our extensive network which stretches from the heart of Europe all the way to the borders of Eurasia.

As part of our continued development and focus on our International business and its customers, we are now pleased to advice you that the current activities of the Invitel International business unit will be moved into a new legal entity.

This new company and its people will be fully dedicated to serve the special needs of International Wholesale customers just like you. It will focus exclusively on the entire service portfolio demanded by international customers. In this way we will ensure that your requirements are served by the best experts with the optimum quality and delivered on-time. It is our intent to continuously improve the service that we provide and to further build on our already strong reputation for the quality of our network, our ability to pan-regional solutions, and our flexible customer oriented approach.

As of the first of January 2009 (the “Effective date”), the legal entity dedicated to Invitel Zrt’s international wholesale activity will be Invitel International Hungary Kft operating at the same address (2040 Budaörs, Puskás Tivadar u. 8-10.). Invitel Zrt has agreed with the new company on the transfer of the contract(s) listed in the Annex currently effective between us.

As a consequence, as of the Effective date, Invitel International Hungary Kft. shall be entitled to the benefit of the Contract(s) and shall assume all the obligations and liabilities to be discharged under the Contract(s). Terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This change will have no effect on our commercial contact points. The corporate email addresses, telephone numbers for Your account manager and our Network Operation Center’s will remain the same. Please note however that as of the Effective date, Invitel International Hungary Kft will be the issuer and/or the addressee of the invoices presented under the Contract(s).
